Contact form
The form asks for name, email, phone and a description of the enquiry. Company, urgency and appointment preferences are optional. The information is intended for handling and answering the request.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to reply, assess the work, prepare a quotation or arrange an appointment. Steps before a potential contract rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); site operation and security rely on the controller's legitimate interest. Required fields are needed to reply. The form is not used for newsletters, automated advertising or profiling.
Visit analytics, only with consent
If you accept Analytics, the website loads Google Analytics 4 (ID G-9SP0TMZG8D) to measure visits and page usage. Google may receive browsing data, technical device information and cookie identifiers. The legal basis is your consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time using ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer. The tag does not load before consent; we do not intentionally send contact form fields to Analytics, and Google advertising features are disabled in the site tag. The provider terms, any transfers outside the EEA and the retention setting in the GA4 property still need to be checked by the controller.
Providers, retention and rights
Hostinger hosts the site. Form enquiries are addressed to the Gmail inbox shown in our contact details. FDtech and authorised technical staff may access the data for their duties. The controller has set a period of 12 months from receipt for enquiries that do not become work; enquiries that lead to a business relationship follow the applicable relationship and legal retention requirements. The practical deletion process and any transfers outside the EEA still need to be checked. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and other GDPR rights by emailing the address above, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
